Speakerbox is a global creative agency headquartered in India with branches across the Middle East. We specialize in branding, social media, content production, e-commerce, and full-stack creative solutions for businesses of all sizes. Our Jeddah branch is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the Jeddah branch by identifying leads, building strong client relationships, pitching creative services, and closing deals. You will act as the face of the company in the Saudi market, ensuring clients understand the value of partnering with Speakerbox.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries (F&B, retail, clinics, e-commerce, startups, corporate, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

2. Sales Outreach

  • Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person visits.
  • Introduce Speakerbox services including social media management, branding, content creation, ad management, websites, UGC production, and e-commerce solutions.

3. Client Meetings & Pitches

  • Set up discovery calls and meetings with potential clients.
  • Present customized proposals and pitch decks to prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotations.

4. Closing Deals

  • Negotiate pricing and deal terms with clients.
  • Maintain clear follow-up communication to ensure successful conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage upselling and referrals.
  • Ensure smooth handover to account management and creative teams after onboarding.
  • Stay connected with existing clients for new opportunities.

6. Reporting

  • Update CRM with lead status and follow-ups.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Track revenue achieved vs targets.

RequirementsExperience & Skills

  • 1–3 years experience in sales, preferably in marketing, media, creative agencies, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to pitch and explain creative/marketing services clearly.
  • Familiarity with Saudi market trends is a plus.
  • Valid Transferrable Iqama
  • Valid Driving License
  • Comfortable with cold calling and field sales.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a huge advantage.
