Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Administrative Sciences, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Proven sales experience in a Payment Institution, Financial Institution, or Banking environment
• No travel restrictions
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Strong persuasion and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, social, and communication skills
• A collaborative team player
• Open to learning, growth, and continuous development

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-sales and post-sales activities in line with business plans
• Analyze customer needs, develop project plans, pricing strategies, and convert potential clients into sales
• Prepare proposals and deliver product presentations when needed
• Visit existing clients to ensure satisfaction and take necessary actions
• Convert potential leads into active customers
• Develop project planning and pricing strategies to support sales growth
