Job Description:

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist with strong communication and convincing skills to sell our professional services. Candidate must understand basic accounting/tax concepts. This is a remote, commission-based role (no fixed salary). Male & female both can apply.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert clients needing tax, accounting, or compliance services
• Communicate confidently via calls/messages
• Maintain follow-ups and meet sales targets
• Provide accurate service information (training provided)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounting/taxation
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Sales/telesales experience preferred
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely
• Candidate must have their own laptop and mobile phone

Compensation:

• Commission-based only
• Performance bonuses.
