This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Lahore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue. The role will also involve providing product and service information to clients, preparing proposals, and contributing to customer development efforts.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
• Proficiency in conducting Training to guide team members and clients about products and services.
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related fields is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
