F&B Sales Representative

Job Purpose:
To promote and sell the company’s food and beverage products to clients such as restaurants, hotels, cafes, and catering companies. The F&B Sales Representative plays a key role in achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in the F&B sector, including restaurants, hotels, and catering services.

Promote the company’s products and services to generate new sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct regular visits to clients to follow up on orders, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product samples.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market intelligence.

Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
