Job Title: F&B Sales Representative

Department: Sales / Commercial

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager


Job Purpose:

To promote and sell the company’s food and beverage products to clients such as restaurants, hotels, cafes, and catering companies. The F&B Sales Representative plays a key role in achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and expanding market reach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the F&B sector, including restaurants, hotels, and catering services.
  • Promote the company’s products and services to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to follow up on orders, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product samples.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
