ales Specialist – Security Guard Services

About Us

We are a rapidly growing security services company providing professional guard services, mobile patrols, event security, and site protection. Our operations span across India, Canada, and the UAE, serving construction sites, corporate facilities, events, industrial clients, and government-related projects. We are expanding our client base and are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive growth across all regions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across India, Canada, and the UAE.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to secure new security service contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, construction companies, event organizers, industrial clients, and corporate customers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and support contract negotiations.
  • Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Represent the company at networking events, expos, and trade shows.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security, facility management, staffing, or service-based industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license (for Canada and UAE applicants).
  • Multilingual abilities are an asset (English, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic).
