Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Alexandria. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Additional day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the sales team, achieving sales targets, offering input on sales strategies, and conducting necessary training sessions. The role will involve engaging with diverse clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their requirements
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute strategies, reach sales targets, and manage a successful sales process
• Experience in providing Training and mentoring to team members to improve performance and knowledge
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
• Previous experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
