Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Aswān. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively managing the sales pipeline. Additionally, the individual will provide product training to clients, implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, close deals, and manage sales goals.
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions for clients to ensure their understanding of products or services.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with software solutions or industry-specific systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
