Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist for a full time, on site role in Dubai. The Sales Specialist will build and maintain client relationships, identify and qualify leads, achieve sales targets, and effectively position the company's solutions in the industrial automation sector. Daily responsibilities include consulting with potential clients, conducting sales presentations, managing customer inquiries, providing product training for clients, and analyzing market trends to develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow our client base within the metal fabrication and structural steel sector
• Sell robotic welding and automation systems to workshops and factories
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Represent Vertex Dynamix at industry events and exhibitions
• Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial machinery, welding equipment, or automation sales
• Strong network in the UAE metal fabrication industry
• Understanding of welding processes (MIG, TIG, ARC, robotic welding)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Engineering background preferred
