Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve conducting sales presentations, managing sales pipelines, and supporting customers through training and onboarding as needed. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to the development of sales strategies and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with experience achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Ability to deliver effective training sessions and provide guidance to customers on products or services
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant sales tools and CRM software is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
