Join Heron Trade, the exclusive agent of DEKA in Egypt, as we seek a Dermatology Product Specialist for the Cairo Area.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with target customers and key stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and promote assigned dermatology products.

• Participate in marketing events, conferences, and workshops to enhance product visibility.

• Provide comprehensive in-service support to customers.

• Prepare detailed reports on action plans, customer feedback, achievements, sales potential, and competitor analysis.

• Ensure customer satisfaction with equipment installation, start-up, usage, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales tools, product literature, and educational resources.

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in medical device sales.

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, or related fields.
