Module 21 is a deep-tech company redefining indoor air quality through proprietary oxygen restoration technology. Designed, patented, and manufactured in the UAE, Module 21 goes beyond traditional air conditioning and air purification by addressing a critical but overlooked issue of modern buildings — oxygen depletion in closed indoor environments.


Our technology restores and maintains optimal indoor oxygen levels without the use of oxygen tanks, chemicals, or consumables. Using advanced molecular separation and air treatment processes, Module 21 creates a measurable, controlled indoor air state known as Oxyness — a new benchmark for indoor comfort, performance, and well-being.


Module 21 solutions are deployed in premium residential properties, offices, gyms, and hospitality spaces, particularly in regions with extreme climate conditions such as the UAE, where sealed buildings and high outdoor temperatures significantly impact indoor air quality.


Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and scaling sales for a new category product in the indoor air quality and wellness technology market. This role combines direct sales execution with strategic client engagement, working closely with the founders during early market entry.


Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying, qualifying, and closing B2C and B2B opportunities (residential, commercial, hospitality, fitness, and developer segments)

• Conducting in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations

• Explaining complex technology in a clear, value-driven way to clients and partners

• Building long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and decision-makers

• Collaborating with founders on deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations

• Monitoring market feedback and contributing to sales strategy refinement

• Supporting pilot installations and early reference projects


As Module 21 is entering the market, this role is ideal for a hands-on sales professional who is comfortable selling innovative, high-value technology and helping shape early commercial traction.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in sales / business development, ideally with high-ticket products (B2C and/or B2B)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills; confident in face-to-face meetings
  • Ability to explain a technical product simply and convincingly to non-technical clients
  • Basic understanding of simple physics / engineering principles (enough to confidently discuss how the system works)
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
  • Understanding or knowledge in indoor air quality, wellness tech, real estate, construction, or premium home solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Languages requirement: English and Arabic
