Job Title: Sales Specialist


We are a strong player in the field of online education, committed to expanding our market share in Turkey and globally, achieving our business goals, and reaching a broader audience.


To support these goals, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist.

This role focuses on promoting our educational and training services to potential students, managing the entire sales process, and achieving enrollment targets.


Responsibilities

  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential students, analyze their needs, and offer tailored education solutions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Plan and execute sales activities to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful enrollment.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner institutions, ensure their ongoing satisfaction, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Product Promotion and Presentations: Conduct one-on-one meetings and online presentations to promote education programs.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing students, responding to their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly track and report sales performance, target achievements, and customer feedback.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
  • Support Onboarding: Assist new students in their onboarding journey and guide them through using digital learning platforms.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 Years of Sales Experience: Preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or service-based industries.
  • Strong Persuasion and Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with potential clients, influence decisions, and offer effective solutions.
  • Results-Oriented: Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficient in using CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across departments.
  • English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility for Travel: Willingness to visit clients when needed.
  • Military Service: Must be completed for male candidates (if applicable).
