Sales Specialist

For Siemens Leasing in İstanbul, we are looking for a Sales Specialist. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities in Sales Department within existing and new customers/vendors.

What are my responsibilities?

• Work with both existing and new customers/vendors within the targeted markets which have significant volume potential to maximize business potential.
• Set account development strategies for each target market.
• Ensure achievement of volume and profitability targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Prepare, present and negotiate the offers with customers
• Agree and implement weekly and monthly call plans (including visits and phone calls) for all potential vendors and customers.
• Prepare periodical sales reports within the scope of the responsible markets
• Follow up certain initiatives and present them periodically to the related departments/colleagues.
• Work with service excellence approach

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in leasing or financing sector.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Excellent and effective communication skills including negotiation with customers.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken. A second foreign language (preferably German) is an advantage.
• Advance level of MS Office Applications
• Analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach
• Ability to effectively use CRM systems and digital sales tools.
