We’re seeking a Field Sales representative to help expand our client base and grow subscriptions to our AI services.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Al Asimah, Kuwait (Onsite). The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities will also include managing customer inquiries, delivering product training, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and resolving customer issues is also expected.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to develop and implement successful strategies for achieving targets
  • Ability to deliver effective Training sessions to clients or team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Minimum of a 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus
