Job Summary:
Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels
  • Present and promote company services to prospective customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HR services sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Target-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
