Role Description

📍Bayttec is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join our team on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing customer relationships, promoting our smart lock products, and driving revenue growth. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, leading product demonstrations, and supporting clients in adopting and utilizing our innovative solutions. You will work closely with the Marketing team to develop strategies and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in conducting Training, both for customers and internal team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the smart technology or security industry is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt with a flexible, dynamic mindset.
