Sales Specialist

In the position of Sales Specialist – Real Estate , you will be responsible for promoting and selling property units by engaging with potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining a well-structured sales pipeline. Your role will involve converting inquiries into confirmed sales while ensuring clear and professional communication.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and understand the specific requirements of clients
  • Provide comprehensive guidance on suitable property options
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits, deliver property presentations, and close deals within set timelines
  • Keep in touch with clients to monitor any changes in their needs
  • Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related discipline
  • Strong interest in sales and client interaction
  • Dedication to high performance standards and excellent customer service
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
