1. Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales and achieving targets for golf carts. The role includes identifying potential customers, managing leads, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The specialist ensures high customer satisfaction and maintains accurate sales records in Odoo.
2. Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new sales leads and follow up with potential customers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
· Present and demonstrate golf carts and services.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers.
· Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and warehouse for delivery and installation.
· Record all sales activities and customer data accurately in Odoo.
· Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and send them to management via email.
· Attend sales meetings and provide market feedback.
· Maintain customer database and follow up on post-sales services.
