Position Overview
Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist (B2B) to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s HR solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client databases.

Conduct client meetings and field visits to understand business needs and present suitable solutions.

Prepare and present technical and financial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Follow up on proposals, contracts, renewals, and payment collections.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements-
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to prepare commercial and financial proposals and manage client accounts.
