Position Overview

Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist (B2B) to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s HR solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client databases.
  • Conduct client meetings and field visits to understand business needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical and financial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on proposals, contracts, renewals, and payment collections.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.


Requirements

  • Qualifications & Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
    • Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to prepare commercial and financial proposals and manage client accounts.
