· Handle incoming customer inquiries and follow up to close sales.
· Prepare and negotiate quotations tailored to customer needs.
· Advise customers on available surplus stock, scrap materials, and steel products.
· Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to delivery and after-sales support.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system.
· Monitor daily market trends and pricing for surplus and scrap materials and report updates to management.
· Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
· Approach leads through adds, emailing, and networking.
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
· Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor activity, and industry trends.
· Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
Pay: E£8,500.00 - E£9,500.00 per month
