Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by providing tailored advice and expert guidance.
- Drivepersonalandstoresalestargetsthroughdeepproductknowledgeandconsultativeselling.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through trust, follow-up, and service excellence.
- Leadcustomersthroughthefullsalesprocess.
Product & Technical Knowledge
- Maintainstrongexpertiseinthefullproductrangeofapparelandaccessories.
- Stayinformedaboutproductupdates,trends,andcyclinginnovations.
- Confidentlyhandletechnicalcustomerinquiriesandofferappropriatesolutionsoralternatives.
- Ensureoptimalpresentationofmerchandiseanddisplays.
- Supportrestocking,tagging,andlayoutexecutioninlinewithbrandguidelines.
- Conductregularstockchecksandproactivelyflaglowinventoryorcustomerrequests.

Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles, ideally in cycling, sports, or lifestyle retail.
- Deeppassionforcyclingandagenuineinterestinthecyclingcommunity.
- Strong sales acumen and customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, other languages is a plus.
