Responsibilities
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience by providing tailored advice and expert guidance.
  • Drivepersonalandstoresalestargetsthroughdeepproductknowledgeandconsultativeselling.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through trust, follow-up, and service excellence.
  • Leadcustomersthroughthefullsalesprocess.
Product & Technical Knowledge
  • Maintainstrongexpertiseinthefullproductrangeofapparelandaccessories.
  • Stayinformedaboutproductupdates,trends,andcyclinginnovations.
  • Confidentlyhandletechnicalcustomerinquiriesandofferappropriatesolutionsoralternatives.
  • Ensureoptimalpresentationofmerchandiseanddisplays.
  • Supportrestocking,tagging,andlayoutexecutioninlinewithbrandguidelines.
  • Conductregularstockchecksandproactivelyflaglowinventoryorcustomerrequests.
Team & Culture Contribution
  • Supportteammembers,shareknowledge,andmaintainapositiveworkingenvironment.
  • Participateinproducttraining,teamrides,andstoreinitiatives.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles, ideally in cycling, sports, or lifestyle retail.
  • Deeppassionforcyclingandagenuineinterestinthecyclingcommunity.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, other languages is a plus.
