Role Overview:
We are a creative media hiring a female sales executives who has experience in B2B sales, client meetings, pitching, and deal closures. You must be confident over calls and while meeting clients, explaining services, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across Dubai.
- Meet founders, agencies, and business owners in person.
- Pitch our branding, content, and marketing services confidently.
- Coordinate with strategy, production, and creative teams for proposals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure retention.
- Represent DigiTea professionally at meetings & events.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (marketing/media/real estate/tech preferred).
- Excellent communication (English + Hindi).
- Confident in face-to-face meetings & negotiations.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s business culture and market dynamics.
- Must be based in Dubai with a valid UAE visa.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with on-ground sales.
