Sales Specialist (Dental)

INCI DİŞ International Dental Clinic is expanding, and we’re looking for results-driven Dental Sales Specialists to join our team in Kağıthane, Istanbul.

If you’re confident on calls, strong at building trust, and experienced in converting leads into booked treatments,this role is for you.

Location: Istanbul, Kağıthane (On-site)

Work schedule: 5 days/week

Salary: Based on experience, up to €1,500 (fixed salary structure)

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound leads (WhatsApp / phone / CRM) and guide patients through the treatment journey
• Present treatment plans clearly and professionally (pricing, process, and timelines)
• Follow up consistently and convert inquiries into appointments and confirmed cases
• Coordinate with medical team to ensure accurate patient communication
• Maintain clean CRM notes and track your pipeline

Languages (required)

We are hiring candidates who speak Turkish + one of the following:

• English
• French
• Romanian
• Russian

What we’re looking for

• Dental/medical sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• High follow-up discipline and target-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic/call center environment
