We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Specialist to manage our inbound leads and transform them into lasting client relationships and signed contracts

BRS is a full-cycle renovation and interior design company based in Dubai. Join a team that has completed 200+ projects in Dubai and includes 40+ in-house professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with warm inbound leads and provide professional consultations to sell our design and renovation services
• Meet clients on-site, take measurements, and assess project requirements
• Prepare estimates and commercial proposals (from template)
• Conduct negotiations and secure signed project agreements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful B2C sales experience
• Work experience in renovation, interior design or related field
• Experience working in Dubai
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills with different types of clients
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage several leads at the same time
• Positive, easy-going personality
