Sales Specialist (Engineer)

General Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree from reputable universities preferably in Chemical Engineering
• At least 2 years' experience in sales within the textile industry (preferably in digital printing ink or digital printer sales)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team Working ability, self-motivation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, SAP is a plus
• No restrictions for travelling and valid driving license
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description;

• Conduct regular customer visits to sell budgeted products,
• Identify customer requests and issues, and carry out work to increase customer satisfaction,
• Carry out new customer acquisition and business development activities aimed at continuously increasing business volume,
• Prepare weekly reports on planned and completed customer visits, report to senior management, and take necessary action,
• Research potential customers and determine their technical and commercial needs,
• Periodically conduct customer satisfaction surveys and present the survey analysis results to senior management to ensure necessary corrective and preventive actions are taken,
• Develop and implement advertising, promotion and market research activities within the scope of sales and marketing targets,
• Place orders for products to be manufactured in accordance with order requests through the relevant system, monitor production deadlines and shipping processes.
• Analyse customer payment performance and manage the company's risks in the market
