Job Vacancy: Sales Specialist (Female)

A Dubai-based company specialized in air-scenting systems and premium fragrance oils is seeking to hire a full-time Sales Specialist to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries via phone and social media platforms.
• Identify and approach potential clients (hotels, hospitals, gyms, airports, car showrooms, malls, etc.) and schedule meetings.
• Follow up with new clients from the point of sale through delivery, ensuring satisfaction and correct product usage.
• Re-engage existing and inactive clients through continuous communication and tailored offers.
• Manage and update all customer interactions using CRM (Odoo).
• Support and manage B2B clients, including field visits when required.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on content, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Participate in events and exhibitions when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service within the UAE (preferred).
• Full proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to professionally source and contact potential clients via LinkedIn.
• Organized, committed, and target-driven personality.
