Art Point Scent, a Dubai-based company specializing in smart air-scenting systems and luxury fragrance oils, is looking to hire a driven and ambitious Sales Specialist (Female) to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and social media platforms
• Proactively identify and approach potential clients (hotels, hospitals, gyms, airports, car showrooms, malls, etc.)
• Schedule meetings and follow up with clients from first contact through delivery and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients and reactivate inactive accounts
• Manage and update all customer interactions using CRM (Odoo)
• Support and manage B2B clients, including field visits when required
• Coordinate with the marketing team on content, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Participate in exhibitions and events when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written (mandatory)

Proven experience in sales or customer service within the UAE (preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to professionally source and approach potential clients via LinkedIn
• Organized, ambitious, and target-driven personality
