Sales Specialist For Signage Industry

The Opportunity


We are a growing US-based signage company specialising in neon and illuminated signage solutions. Every lead that comes through our door is warm and intent-driven — these are people who have already decided they want a product and are actively looking for the right company to buy from. There is no cold outreach, no list building, and no lead warming. Your entire focus is converting high-intent inbound enquiries into closed sales.

We are hiring one person for this role. We are not looking for someone to manage a pipeline — we are looking for an expert closer who can take a warm, motivated prospect and drive them to a decision.


What This Role Actually Looks Like Day-To-Day


This is a high-ticket, high-accountability closing environment. Before applying, understand what the daily structure requires:


Warm inbound leads across phone, chat, and email Consistent follow-up on non-responsive contacts with urgency and professionalism Supplier quote coordination — a portion of your working hours will be spent requesting quotes from suppliers for custom orders. This is built into the workflow and is part of closing deals accurately, not an add-on responsibility HubSpot pipeline maintenance — every interaction logged, every deal status current Daily and weekly performance tracking against a closed-revenue target

This role rewards people who operate with urgency, take full ownership of the sales process, and do not require a manager to stay on pace. If you are looking for a relaxed, low-pressure environment, this is not it. If you thrive when expectations are clear and the leads are ready to buy, this role was built for you.


Responsibilities

Handle warm inbound leads through phone, chat, and email during US business hours Execute consistent follow-up on all contacts Consult with prospects to understand their needs and recommend the right signage solution Handle price objections confidently and close sales within the shortest possible decision cycle Coordinate supplier quotes as part of the active sales process Maintain a clean, fully updated HubSpot CRM after every interaction Meet and exceed monthly closed-revenue targets Identify and flag recurring objections or lost-deal patterns to continuously improve conversion


Who We Are Looking For

Non-negotiable requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years in a dedicated closing role where your primary performance metric was closed revenue on high-ticket products or services — not lead handoff, pipeline volume, or activity metrics Proven ability to manage and close multiple warm inbound leads daily without a decline in conversation quality Fluent English with exceptional verbal communication — you will be speaking with US-based clients daily and must be able to build rapport, handle objections, and navigate a high-ticket closing conversation naturally and confidently Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM Willingness to work night shift aligned to US business hours Ability to take ownership of tasks outside the core closing conversation, specifically supplier quote coordination, without it affecting closing performance

This role is not suitable for:

SDRs or outbound prospectors whose primary experience is lead generation rather than closing Candidates whose most recent roles were primarily account management, customer service, or pipeline nurturing Anyone who needs a script to handle objections or relies on a manager to push deals forward

Industry background in signage is not required. Product knowledge is trainable within weeks. High-ticket closing ability and work ethic are not.


Compensation

Base salary: Competitive and dependent on experience, discussed during the interview process Commission: Performance-based, uncapped — full structure will be shared with shortlisted candidates

For a sales professional based in Pakistan, this is a genuine high-income opportunity. The commission is where this role becomes exceptional, and it is structured to reward closers who perform consistently at a high level. There is no cap on what you can earn beyond your own closing ability.

Working Hours

This is a fully remote position. You will work during US business hours, which corresponds to a night shift in Pakistan. This is a fixed requirement of the role and is not flexible.
