Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our brand HUB Parking on a 6 month fixed term contract. The position combines the reach of a global corporation with a close knit local culture, offering an international career without compromising autonomy and flexibility.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sector projects.
- Drive sales of Hub Parking Solutions, ensuring solutions align with customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, integrators, contractors, consultants, and end clients.
- Deliver tailored product presentations, technical consultations, and live demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to guide strategy.
- Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and go to market approaches.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Work closely with technical, logistics, and after sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Travel extensively across the Middle East to meet customers, attend trade shows, and oversee project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven B2B sales experience in access control systems, gates, or related technologies.
- Track record managing regional sales operations across the Middle East.
