- identify and pursue new business opportunities in telecom engineering services, network infrastructure projects, and related technical solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and position company offerings effectively.
- Maintain sales pipeline and forecast revenue targets in coordination with leadership
- Act as a primary point of contact throughout the sales process — from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and closing.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, win rates, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align technical scopes with client requirements
