Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist – Real Estate position based in Riyadh. The Sales Specialist will focus on actively seeking out and engaging with prospective clients while promoting real estate offerings. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the buying or leasing process, presenting properties, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining professional relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves staying updated on real estate market trends and participating in training sessions to refine sales strategies.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in conducting Training sessions and mentoring for team success
  • Basic understanding of the real estate market and property regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Highly motivated with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills as an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
