Languages : (Arabic is advantage) English

Experience : 3 or 5 years UAE , Sales experience law knowledge

( Candidate must be available in UAE )

(Prefer Europe nationality)

Responsibilities

· Maintaining the organization’s legal files and ensuring that the working practices are in accordance with its policies and regulations.

· Bringing clients, cases for the company.

· Conducting their own cases and assisting other employees and partners in negotiating terms, representing and advising their clients.

· Ensuring that services are provided on time and updating clients constantly on the progress and costs.

· Providing legal services in a professional manner and adhering to the professional set of conduct by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

· Developing strategies to match and beat the competition and providing the quality of service that clients require.

· Engaging with local communities, locals and referrers to promote the firm.

· Providing correct, honest and positive judgment at all times in the client’s best interests.

Requirements

· understanding of the court’s legal procedures and government regulations

· Ability to make effective decisions under critical conditions

· A profound understanding of the English language and attention to detail

· Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to self-initialize and perform tasks with minimal supervision

· Computer literacy and the ability to operate common software packages.

· Ability to work well with others and build good relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

A law degree, or Bachelor of Laws (LLB), is an academic qualification.

Law Diploma.
