Sales Staff with MS Office knowledge and POS and Inventory Management

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and have experience in inventory management and Point of Sale (POS) systems. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily sales operations, updating inventory, managing customer transactions, and preparing reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage daily sales transactions through POS system and issue receipts/invoices.
• Maintain and update inventory records accurately, including stock in/out and product returns.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in Excel.
• Track product performance and provide insights to the management team.
• Assist in stock-taking, audits, and reconciliation of sales and inventory data.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports.
