A media-tech marketplace enabling transparent, structured, and scalable monetization of film and content IP across regional, national, and global markets. We work closely with producers, broadcasters, OTT platforms, telecom networks, and content buyers to unlock value across films, series, shorts, and digital IP assets.
*Role Overview*
We are looking for a *Strategic Sales Manager – Media & Content* , a high-impact, revenue-focused professional responsible for driving content licensing and syndication deals across multiple formats and platforms. This is a pure sales role, requiring strong enterprise selling, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Develop and manage strong relationships with content buyers, broadcasters, OTT platforms, aggregators, and telecom networks
- Drive end-to-end content licensing deals across films, web series, short-form content, and IP assets
- Represent Producerbazaar at film markets, trade fairs, festivals, industry forums, and strategic buyer meetings
- Own the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and post-deal coordination
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of content buyers across India and international markets
- Identify and onboard new buyers and platforms across AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, FAST channels, and digital-first partnerships
- Track market trends and generate sales insights and licensing performance reports to refine sales strategy
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, legal, product) to ensure smooth deal execution
*Skills & Competencies Required*
- Strong enterprise sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
- Fair understanding of content licensing, media distribution, and syndication models
- Ability to pitch, present, and close deals with senior decision-makers
- High ownership mindset with strong execution focus
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on sales execution
*Requirements*
- 3+ years of full-time experience in Business Development / Sales / Sales Management
- Preferred sectors: Entertainment, Media, Telecom, Digital Platforms, IT Services, or Institutional Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (Any 2 language proficiency is mandatory)
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India and internationally
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial structures and licensing frameworks
*Preferred Candidate Profile*
- B-School graduates (0–2 years with strong sales exposure) or
- Professionals with 3+ years of enterprise / strategic sales experience
- Candidates with prior exposure to media sales, content syndication, platform partnerships, or telecom partnerships will be highly preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
