Sales Supervisor – Jomara
Reports to: Trade Marketing and Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
The Sales Supervisor sells, supervises, and stimulates demand for company’s FMCG brand i.e., “Jomara” to applicable region on the regular basis in a defined manner in UAE. He or she will do this through consistent service, sharing food/FMCG experience and is supported by a proactive team of Sales Executives & Merchandizers.
The Sales Supervisor contributes to the sales of Jomara products in UAE by 1) being fully responsible for the sale in allocated region and includes checking product availability, supervising cleanliness standards, maintaining merchandising, optimizing display facings, products’ expiry damage and launch, managing promotions as advised by National Sales Manager. 2) By requesting Purchase Orders based on product movement 3) overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of daily deliveries 4) Ensure full display at rented places 5) Ensure that Sales Executives and Merchandisers are adhering to planograms.
This Sales Supervisor works closely with the National Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator and Sales Encoder. His focus is to achieve sales targets and ensure availability of the products.
The Sales Supervisor will have basic sales skills, market knowledge, good relations within industry and awareness of the area.
Key Accountabilities:

Provide sales and merchandising support to Jomara Division as per region.

Responsible for direct sales to selected key outlets and sales through Sales Executives.

Maintaining and increasing sales of Jomara brand as per guidelines provided.

Establish and maintain good relations with the supermarket functional staff.

Responsible for achieving KPI in consultation with National Sales Manager – Jomara.

Execute new product launches, seasonal activities to generate new business for the company.

Responsible for optimizing product display.

Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning and management of key accounts.

Ensure availability of self or assign team member to attend the routine stock take at the supermarkets.

Attending complaints and requirements of the clients in timely manner and ensure that team responds effectively. Always respecting the Brand DNA and assuring over all execution.

Persistently assuring high levels of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Thus, ensuring compliance with local law, food safety standards, general workplace safety, and HACCP policies and procedures.

Report to National Sales Manager on the regular basis and prepare reports for the monthly meetings.

Monitors customer satisfaction and develops and maintains client relations.

Ensure to maintain and improve grooming and personal hygiene standards.

Look for opportunities of development. This includes training, coaching, and mentoring to allow for the right people in the right place.

Organizes demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advises customers on the presentation of the products and the promotional materials and participates in trade events.

Follows the market and competition evolution and transmits information to superior.

Establishes daily visit reports for superior.

Participates in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives, promotional actions, new products etc. and to discuss field problems.

Experience requirement:
-
10 years of FMCG sales experience within Middle East. Experience in food industry will be an advantage.

Functional proficiency in both verbal and written English.
Qualification and Licenses requirement:

Graduate Degree

UAE Driving License
