The Sales Supervisor role is responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth while ensuring effective management of client relationships. The position oversees and supports day-to-day sales operations to improve efficiency and results, while coaching and guiding the sales team to enhance performance, maintain market alignment, and achieve organizational sales objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage client communication and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.

Monitor customer accounts, sales targets, and lead progress, providing data, reports, and insights to support sales performance.

Support the sales process end-to-end, including application processing, system registration, agreement preparation, and contract signing.

Present properties effectively, conduct tours, outreach marketing, and convert calls, leads, and visits into successful sales.

Assess customer needs, financial viability, and preferences to recommend suitable properties and close deals.

Maintain strong knowledge of property details, pricing, legal guidelines, market trends, and community policies.

Ensure properties are show-ready, properly maintained, and periodically inspected to meet company standards.

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Supervise, coach, and train Sales Consultants on lead handling, client engagement, and closing techniques.

Prepare, analyze, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, document customer feedback, and coordinate with Marketing to improve sales strategies.
Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of total professional experience

At least 5 years of experience in the real estate sector

Minimum of 3 years of experience working on NHC projects

Previous experience in real estate, banking, or insurance industries

No professional certification required

Proficiency in Arabic with good command of English

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
