Location: Luxury Hotel-Based Limousine Company – Dubai

Are you a confident, organized, and customer-focused professional with experience in managing operations and driving business growth, Join our elite limousine service as a Female Supervisor / Business Development Executive and take charge of fleet management and client relations in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily limousine operations and driver scheduling
• Ensure high standards of customer service for hotel guests and VIP clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel management and corporate clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand services
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, appearance, and compliance
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and handle administrative duties

Requirements:

• Candidates with strong leadership and communication skills
• Experienced in hospitality, transport, or luxury services preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Presentable, professional, and able to work flexible hours
• Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management systems a bonus
