Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor based in New Cairo. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include managing and training team members, analyzing sales metrics, creating performance reports, and developing strategies to enhance performance. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients to meet and exceed sales goals while upholding company values.


Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and Training skills to effectively lead and develop the sales team
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Proven Analytical Skills to monitor sales data and develop performance optimization strategies
  • Ability to provide strategic direction and establish a results-driven team environment
  • Prior experience in sales or real estate is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
