General Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team at CFN Kimya.
The role requires a strong commercial mindset, operational discipline, and active involvement in digital transformation initiatives. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies for effective sales management within our organization. You will be responsible for driving sales primarly in the Turkish market, as well as supporting regional markets by expanding our market penetration and strengthening customer relationships in line with the company’s growth strategy.

Qualifications
• Graduated from engineering and business administration departments of universities,
• Experienced in local sales and export legislation and processes,
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in petrochemical/chemical sectors and positions (preferably with insulation, plastic, packaging or commodity industry experience),
• Fluent in written and spoken English and preferably an additional foreign language,
• Possesses managerial skills to manage and develop the current regional and local market,
• Having potential in business development, portfolio management and creating new strategies,
• Ability to plan and organize,
• Prone to teamwork, with good communication skills,
• Dynamic, practical thinking and self-confident,
• Attaches importance to details and strategic thinking,
• Presentable, with high persuasive ability,
• No travel restrictions,
• Experienced with CRM systems and digital sales tools, preferably with SAP and Salesforce
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs well,
• Having a driver's license and being able to actively drive,
Job Description
• Lead and supervise daily sales operations, primarily in the Turkish market while supporting regional market performance,
• Carrying out local sales and export processes, maintaining the necessary relationships in the existing customer portfolio and adding new customers to the portfolio,
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to improve strategic positioning,
• Conducting necessary customer visits, conducting research on quality standards, usage habits and product range valid in target countries,
• Researching effective sales channels abroad and identifying new markets and ensuring that the company's products are sold in the most productive regions,
• Drive revenue growth by expanding market penetration and identifying new business oppurtunities,
• Monitoring and evaluating customer satisfaction and ensuring that satisfaction-increasing activities are identified and carried out,
• Mastering customs and logistics processes,
• Support and contribute to digital transformation projects within the sales function,
• Ensure effective CRM management, including accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance analysis,
• Coordinate closely with finance regarding local and international collection processes,
• Fair, conference, business forum etc. representing the company by attending meetings such as and carrying out the necessary business development activities in this direction,
