Overview:

We are currently hiring a Sales Supervisor for a leading FMCG food manufacturing and distribution organization in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for supervising field sales operations, ensuring effective route coverage, maintaining merchandising standards, and driving sales performance through the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the sales team

• Plan and monitor sales routes to ensure optimal outlet coverage

• Ensure proper product availability, merchandising, and display standards across retail outlets

• Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving sales targets

• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors in the assigned territory

• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in FMCG Food Sales (Short Shelf-Life Products) with supervisory experience

• Fluency in English is essential

• Strong understanding of retail distribution and route-to-market strategies

• Ability to lead and motivate field sales teams to achieve targets

• Good communication and reporting skills
