We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of sales associates, drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of store operations in a fast-paced travel retail environment. Key responsibilities commonly include sales performance management, staff supervision, merchandising, inventory oversight, shift coordination, and customer experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily sales floor operations and ensure smooth store performance.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate staff schedules, shift assignments, and daily briefings.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and customer service standards.
- Conduct shift briefings and allocate staff effectively.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and promotional displays are maintained.
- Manage stock availability, inventory accuracy, and replenishment activities.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Support cash handling procedures, spot checks, and store closing activities.
- Train new team members and develop product knowledge across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in Duty Free, Travel Retail, Luxury Retail, or Airport Retail is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance targets.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Pay: From E£12.00 per month
