Job Purpose
To lead and manage the sales operations for food products across the UAE, with a strong focus on the Northern Emirates, by supervising the sales team, expanding market coverage, strengthening relationships with key accounts, and driving sustainable sales growth, especially within A-Class supermarkets and hypermarkets.
Key Responsibilities Sales Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team including Sales Representatives and Merchandisers.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Monitor field execution, productivity, and market coverage.
- Evaluate individual productivity and ensure optimal workload distribution.
Market Coverage & Distribution Planning
- Develop and manage market routing and account distribution plans.
- Assign markets efficiently to merchandisers based on coverage priority and productivity.
- Ensure strong shelf availability, visibility, and planogram compliance.
Key Account & Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with branch managers and key decision-makers in: Lulu Hypermarket -Carrefour-Union Coop-Nesto Hypermarket-Sharjah Co-ops & local societies-Other A-Class supermarkets.
- Identify, negotiate, and open new A-Class supermarket accounts.
- Lead product listings, negotiations, and onboarding of new customers.
- Expand the company’s customer base and increase market penetration.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor sales trends, product performance, and market movements.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Forecast demand and ensure accurate order planning.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with production and supply chain teams to align sales demand with production capacity.
- Handle and resolve market complaints, stock issues, and execution challenges.
- Ensure smooth operations across all customer levels.
- Support the team in negotiations and escalated situations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG food sales within the UAE.
- Strong experience in Northern Emirates markets is highly preferred.
- Proven track record dealing with hypermarkets, cooperatives, and A-Class supermarkets.
- Established relationships with key accounts such as Lulu, Carrefour, Union Coop, Nesto, and Sharjah Co-ops.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
