  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies in line with company goals.
  • Provide coaching, motivation, and training to sales team members to enhance performance.
  • Manage client inquiries and negotiate contracts in coordination with management.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant standards.
  • Represent the company professionally in online meetings and client presentations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence client decisions and close sales successfully.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage remote teams, and maintain a high level of productivity.
