to join our growing commercial team. This role is critical in expanding our footprint in the
tools and hardware sector
, with a strong focus on supplier engagement, market penetration, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve regional sales targets for tools and hardware.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
