Sales Supervisor (Wholesale & Retail)
Job Purpose
To oversee sales and operational performance across four wholesale household goods showrooms, ensuring achievement of sales targets, improving product display and turnover, and supporting key accounts and online sales execution. The role involves close coordination with the Key Account Specialist and management, delivering accurate performance reporting, and contributing to pricing and promotional decisions
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise wholesale sales teams across branches and ensure achievement of approved sales targets
- Monitor daily branch performance, analyze variances, and report insights to management
- Ensure high-quality product display and optimize in-store positioning to improve SKU turnover
- Analyze product movement (fast vs. slow-moving items) and recommend clearance and assortment strategies
- Oversee execution of key account orders (retail chains & hypermarkets) in coordination with Key Account Specialist
- Monitor stock availability across branches and coordinate with central warehouse to avoid stockouts or overstock
- Support online sales channels by ensuring availability of top-selling items and required stock levels
- Follow up on collections and ensure compliance with approved credit terms in coordination with finance
- Propose promotions and discounts based on market trends and competitor analysis
- Monitor competitor pricing and provide regular benchmarking reports to support pricing decisions
- Ensure compliance with approved sales policies and procedures across all branches
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow and fulfillment
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in wholesale sales or FMCG
- Proven supervisory experience managing multi-branch sales teams
- Strong understanding of wholesale dynamics and product movement
- Advanced analytical skills using Excel and/or ERP systems
- High field mobility and ability to travel between branches
