Key Responsibilities Sales & Administrative Support
- Assist the sales team with order processing, client onboarding, and CRM updates.
- Manage internal documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and support sales events or exhibitions.
KYC Documentation
- Collect, verify, and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) forms and related compliance documents.
- Liaise with clients to ensure all KYC requirements are met in accordance with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with compliance/legal teams to resolve documentation issues.
Quotation Management
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate sales quotations in coordination with the sales team.
- Track quotation status and follow up with clients to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain a quotation database and generate periodic reports.
Customer Service
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on orders, quotations, and documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Skills Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of quotation processes and KYC compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
