Job Description

The Sales Support Associate assists all sales activities andmonitors progress made to achieve the budget targets, on a corporate level, ona department level and on the level of individual client managers.

Responsibilities

• Assistingthe Sales Controller
  
• Engagingin all CRM activities, staying updated on its features to maximize systembenefits
  
• Generatingreports as required
  
• Liaisingclosely with marketing, finance, sales support, and operations to keepclients updated
  
• Pre-qualifyingand coordinating with the sales controller to handle new leads
  
• Followingup on existing cold/warm leads
  
• Coldcalling/emailing old existing leads to check their continued interest andassigning them to the relevant Sales personnel
  
• Closelymonitoring quality of leads, conversions and the whole process
  
• Preparingand managing monthly attendance of the Sales team
  
• Generatingreports and data for weekly sales meetings and as and when required
  
• Preparingpresentations and analyzing sales reports
  
• Increasingdata consistency in Zoho CRM
  

Requirements

• Fluentproficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential
• Projectmanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiativesconcurrently
• Proficiencyin MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Zoho)
• Provenwork experience as a Sales Executive or a related role, with a trackrecord of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships
• Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills, coupled with adaptability tothrive in a dynamic and evolving industry
• Effective time management and planningcapabilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
