Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary Job Role
Facilitate the quoting of heavy equipment by performing the following duties.
Creates new equipment sale quotes via iQuote for sales force.
Develops and maintains all iQuote standard configuration templates. Works with sales force and supervisor to ensure our machine configurations best position the dealership to profitably win a higher percentage of deals.
Acts as dealer champion for Caterpillar competitive analysis programs, including VET & Turbo. Creates production reports to enhance sales force customer presentations.
Submits all special price requests (SPARs) to Caterpillar.
Performs all aspects of the new machine dealer trade process, including not only the procurement of equipment, but also the processing of machines traded to other dealers as well.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Formal Education: High School diploma or GED.
Experience: 1-2 years.
Required / Credentials
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and with Heavy Equipment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Must be able to comprehend, speak, and write the English language.
Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.
