Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role combines support for our internal and external sales team along with customer service excellence to help customers find solutions, answer questions, and drive revenue through product knowledge and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/database.
  • Support internal and external sales teams with account management.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Handle dealer and distributor order status inquiries and provide customer follow-up while coordinating closely with warehouse and operations personnel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist customers with warranty claims and follow-up.
  • Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs.
  • Stay current with product knowledge, promotions, pricing information and company policies.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service (retail, call center, or B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or POS).
  • Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
